Meet Drew Stoffer

Drew has a passion for real estate. He bought his first condo in Wicker Park just one year after graduating from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has since become a homeowner in University Village. Drew understands firsthand the challenges that homebuyers face. He knows that real estate, when chosen correctly, provides long-term financial freedom and can be a vital part of a well-diversified portfolio.

Drew’s strong relationship with lenders and understanding of the loan process has helped many of his rental clients become homeowners. Clients truly appreciate Drew's flexibility, "can do" attitude, low pressure sales, honesty, patience, integrity, and ability to listen. Drew has a knack for negotiating, accurately pricing, and successfully marketing.

Prior to entering real estate, Drew worked in the sports industry. He started out in the Advertising and Events Department with the Chicago Bears. He then spent many years with the largest and most trusted collegiate athletic recruiting network, assisting student athletes and their families navigate through the recruiting process. It was there that Drew developed a passion for helping clients fulfill their dreams, while catering to their needs. Drew has a service-first mindset with his clients.

Drew currently resides in University Village. His hobbies include: running, reading, working out, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.

Meet Serena Phillips

Serena moved to Chicago in 2012 after spending time overseas in Geneva, Switzerland studying Marketing and Media Communications. Her M.A. in Journalism brought her to the Windy City where she became a Field Producer for CBS. It was during that time working for the news and exploring the different neighborhoods, when Serena became enamored with the architecture, cultures, and Chicagoans.

Serena's love for the City and its people are what make her a great broker. She cares deeply about each client and their personal needs, and puts their concerns first.
Buying or selling a home is an emotionally tolling process, whether or not the client realizes it. It is Serena's utmost goal to make her clients feel at ease, and know that she is in their corner and available to them whenever they may need her. Quick response times and personalized attention is the basis of her boutique real estate process.

Meet Rick Coppola

Rick Coppola's strength resides in his ability to build and sustain authentic relationships rooted in honesty, integrity, and a commitment to following through. Rick has honed these skills in the classroom for the last 16 years, where he has served as an English language arts teacher (South Loop; Bronzeville). His efforts have been recognized with various awards and honors.

  • Co-Editor: Language Arts Journal
  • Maya Angelou Teacher Award Winner: National Council of Teachers of English
  • Finalist: Illinois Teacher of the Year
  • Golden Apple Teacher of Distinction

Drawing on the skill set acquired in the classroom, Rick works with a variety of clients—from first-time buyers, renters, and investors—to find them the perfect property and assist them in every stage of the real estate transaction, including listing, staging, marketing, closing, and renovating.

As a husband and father of two children (Dakota and Lukas), Rick knows that family means everything. Having started his family in a beautiful timber loft in Pilsen, he recognized the need for additional space. He bought and renovated a townhome in the University Village that he designed himself. Rick is a native Chicagoan, having grown up on the Northwest side.

Rick brings a hard-working, driven mindset to Option Realty. His attention to detail, energetic personality, and genuine interest in matching families with the right home are assets he will bring to his clients.
